A brewpub/restaurant was a dream of Rosemary and Gary C. Yonocsko for many years as we toiled in our previous lines of work.

Rosemary was a Registered Nurse, and still carries her licence that she obtained over 20 years ago. As for Gary, he worked over 32 years for a Vitamin C company in Northwest New Jersey.

We both were looking forward to starting "new" careers as owners of a business. We purchased the brewpub/restaurant in Leadville, Colorado in October 2005 to begin our pursuit to make it one of Leadville's best eateries, hence the name, "Rosie's Brewpub". We opened our doors New Years Eve 2005. Gary was always interested in the art of making beer, and Rosemary always wanted to work in the bookkeeping part of the business.

Not to be forgotten was our sons, Gary E., and Michael along with our General Manager Jim Beers and of course Shawn Gower our head chef. They also play an intrical part of the brewpub's core staff.
